Refund Policy

  • Once confirmed and dispatched, sweets cannot be refunded. If the order is canceled before confirmation and dispatch, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s account. For any concerns, please contact us via email.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or if the packaging is tampered with, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to nutrimisht@gmail.com with relevant images and details. Appropriate action will be taken based on the situation.

  • Please note, taste is subjective and cannot be considered a valid reason for refunds or replacements.
